This route runs along the Las Cruces mountain, starting at the municipal sports centre, and continues along the streets Vergeret, Doctor Fleming, Major, Pujada a l’Església and Jardines, until it reaches the defence wall. At the end of this stretch is the Calvario on our left.
Continue to the left next to the defence wall in a westerly direction until you reach the end of the wall. At this point a path begins, which will take you to a dirt track and to the start of the Amoladors path.
This path is the PRV-38 and ascends in zigzag, until it reaches a bend, where the Via Ferrata begins. Here there is a Tibetan bridge to cross the ravine.
On the other side of the ravine there is a section of via ferrata, and a path that will take you to the foot of the via ferrata Les Marujes, which is located in Penya Roja.
There are two sections of ascent to the ferrata, the first one of 65 m. and the second one of about 12 m. In this last section there is a signature book for climbers who access this ferrata.
From this point, a path leads to the Amoladors path, where you can go to the left to reach the Sangonera fountain, Las Cruces or the Barber fountain, or to the right to go down towards Tavernes.
This route is very difficult and is only suitable for people with the necessary equipment and experience for this activity.
